  This is this mares first foal, and she done great. No help was needed,
some of the time some of the mares will need help.
  As soon as the foal is born we soak the navel with idoine, so it's protect  from infection. The next day we give the foal it 2.5 cc of ese shot and 3cc of tetanus shot. Then i give the mare a few doses of pencillin, for a couple of days, to ensure no infection sets in on the mare.
